1 cup water
2 cups chicken broth

1 carrot, peeled & diced
1 stalk celery, diced
⅓ cup heavy cream
1 ¼ cups Bisquick

Spray a large pot with cooking spray.

Cook the chicken until no longer pink.

Pour in the water & broth.
