Ingredients: 1 tbsp oil; 1 stick of butter; 1 large onion, chopped; 3 cloves of garlic, chopped; dash of salt & pepper to taste; bunch of fresh spinach leaves; 500 grams Penne or any pasta noodle cooked as per instructions; 1 can mushrooms, sliced/chopped; 1/2 kg chicken breasts (boneless & skinless) sliced; 2 cups of heavy cream; 1 cup evaporated milk; 100 grams cheddar cheese, grated; 50 grams mozzarella cheese

1 tbsp oil
1 stick of butter
1 large onion, chopped
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
dash of salt & pepper to taste
bunch of fresh spinach leaves
500 grams Penne or any pasta noodle cooked as per instructions
1 can mushrooms, sliced/chopped
1/2 kg chicken breasts (boneless & skinless) sliced
2 cups of heavy cream
1 cup evaporated milk
100 grams cheddar cheese, grated
50 grams mozzarella cheese

Add oil and 2 tablespoons of butter in skillet and heat to medium.

Cook chopped onions until translucent and garlic until golden brown for about 3-5 minutes.

Add chicken breasts and cook for about 10 minutes.

Add mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes.

Pour cream, milk and cheese.

Simmer in low fire for about 10 minutes.

Make sure to stir to every 3 minutes to avoid the cream from burning.
