1 c. cubed chicken breast
1/2 stick butter
7 c. water
1 pkg. chicken flavored rice (Rice-A-Roni))
2 chicken flavored bouillon cubes
1 tsp. chopped parsley
2 tsp. onion flakes
1/2 c. chopped canned mushrooms
1 c. sour cream (8 oz.)
1/2 c. milk

Remove skin and bone from chicken.

Cut in 1/2-inch cubes. Melt butter in a 4-quart saucepan and stir in chicken pieces. Cook until tender, turning occasionally.

Add 1 cup water, flavor package from rice, bouillon cubes, parsley and onion.
