Creamy Cheese Noodles

   Bring a pot of water to a boil.

   Add the spaghetti and cook till au dente.

   Drain.

   Meanwhile.

   In a saute pan fry the bacon untill crisp.

   Set aside.

   Discard all but 2 tablespoons of fat from the pan; or reserve the fat for another use.

   Make a roux with the 2 tablespoons of fat and and flour; by incorporating the flour into the fat and cooking for 2-3 minutes.

   Then slowly incoroporate the broth then the milk, wisking briskly.

    Cook till slightly thikened.

    Stir in the swiss and cream cheese.

    Stir the sauce into spaghetti.

    Top with bacon.
