Creamy Cauliflower Soup – a delicious recipe with cauliflower, water, stalk celery, onion, lemon juice, margarine. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

1 medium cauliflower
2 c. water
1 large stalk celery, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
2 1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. instant chicken bouillon
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
dash of nutmeg
1/2 c. whipping cream or canned milk

Cook cauliflower until tender in water.

Put cauliflower, celery, onion, lemon juice, margarine, flour, water, bouillon, salt, pepper and nutmeg in blender and blend well.

Cook mixture with 2 cups water.

Heat to just boiling.

Stir in cream last. Heat again but not boiling.

Serve with grated cheese.
