1 lb thin spaghetti
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 lemon, juice and zest
2 cups sour cream (please, no non fat here)

½ cup parmesan cheese

boil pasta according to package, just slightly less, do not overcook!

meanwhile, heat butter and oil over low heat until melted, add garlic for a couple minutes.

put in a baking dish and bake covered at 375 for 15 minutes, uncover and bake 10 more.
