⅔ cups Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
⅓ cups Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Chopped
⅓ cups Heavy Cream
1/4 cups Water
2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley, Chopped
Fresh Grated Parmesan For Garnish

Bring a large pot of salted water to boil for tortelloni.
