1 1/2 c. whipping cream
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. orange marmalade

Warm cooked rice

Place chicken between 2 sheets of heavy-duty plastic wrap flatten to 1/4 inch thickness using a meat mallet.
