Central City Cafe - Granny Faye's Meatloaf

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

   In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except ketchup.

   Knead mixture and place into a loaf pan.

   In a large shallow pan, add 1-inch of water, place the meatloaf pan in the center and cover with foil.

   Bake for approximately 1 hour.

   Drain water, remove foil, cover meatloaf with ketchup and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes.
