1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 c. heavy cream
3 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
chopped parsley
2 1/2 c. chicken consomme

Heat the butter and saute the mushrooms and onions for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
