Creamed Cabbage

   Beat together the egg yolks, sugar, vinegar, butter, salt and cayenne pepper.

   Put the mixture into a saucepan and stir until it boils.

   Then stir in 1 cup cream.

   Let come to a boil.

   Pour hot mixture over cooked cabbage.
