Creamed Cabbage

   Boil in salted water and drain. Line baking dish with bacon strips. Add a layer of cabbage, then a layer of grated cheese.

   In a saucepan, melt butter. Add the flour, then milk, stirring constantly until it boils slightly and thickens.

   Pour mixture on top of cabbage/cheese layers.

   Sprinkle with black pepper and paprika. Bake in 350u00b0 oven until slightly browned.
