Cream Puffs

   Preheat oven to 400u00b0.

   Place water and butter in saucepan and bring to a boil.

   Take pot off stove; add 1 cup flour (mix well). Now, add 1 egg at a time and beat vigorously; then add the next egg.

   The flour mixture should be hard to stir before you add the next egg. Continue until all 4 eggs are added. Drop a teaspoon of mixture onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400u00b0 for 10 minutes; lower oven temperature to 350u00b0 and bake an additional 20 minutes. Pierce each puff with a fork and bake an additional 5 minutes. Makes about 24 to 30 puffs.
