Remove from heat and add 1 egg at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition. Shape on an ungreased cookie sheet using 1 teaspoon or 1 tablespoon of paste for 1 puff, depending on size desired. Bake in hot oven, 450u00b0, for 20 minutes. Do not open the door. Reduce temperature to 350u00b0 and bake about 20 minutes more. Remove and place on rack to cool. When cold, make slit on one side of each puff with sharp knife. Fill with whipped cream. Dust tops with powdered sugar.
