Cream Puff Shells

   Preheat oven to 425u00b0. Combine butter and water in saucepan and stir over moderate heat until butter is melted. Turn heat to low. Add flour all at once.

   Stir vigorously for about 1 minute or until mixture forms ball and leaves sides of pan.

   Remove from heat.

   Add unbeaten eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition with a wooden spoon or electric mixer on medium speed. Continue beating for 1 minute or until satiny smooth and spoonful breaks away sharply from rest of mixture.
