1 egg
3 cups milk 2 % fat
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion
1 potato
salt
white pepper
nutmeg
oregano
1 tablespoon seasoning Chicken
2 1/8 cups water

Place washed, cut broccoli with sliced potato on chopped onion roasted in oil, pour water and simmer.

When the vegetable is soft, blend it finely with a hand blender (put aside a few whole pieces of broccoli to garnish).
