Ingredients: 3 tbsp oil; 3 tbsp garlic, minced; 1 cup red & grenn bell pepper, chopped; 1 cup mushrooms, sliced; 1/4 cup white wine; 3 cup chunky tomato sauce; 225 grams cream cheese, softened; 1 1/2 tsp ground pepper; 2 1/2 tsp salt; 1/2 tsp oregano; 1 tsp dried basil leaves; 1/4 cup black olives, sliced; 300 grams penne; 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

3 tbsp oil
3 tbsp garlic, minced
1 cup red & grenn bell pepper, chopped
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup white wine
3 cup chunky tomato sauce
225 grams cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 tsp ground pepper
2 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp dried basil leaves
1/4 cup black olives, sliced
300 grams penne
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

Cook pasta according to package directions.

Drain & set aside.

Saute garlic in oil.

Add bell pepper, mushroom & olives.

Add wine, tomato sauce, cream cheese & season with salt, pepper & oregano.

Simmer for 6 minutes.
