Ingredients: 4 chicken breast; 1 1/2 tbsp chicken bouillon; 1 tsp ground cumin; 1/2 tsp oregano; 1 half an onion diced; 2 clove garlic minced; 1 salt and pepper to taste; 1 half head of cabbage shredded; 1 juice of two limes; 3 tbsp mayo; 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro; 1/4 cup finely chopped green onion; 1/2 tsp garlic powder; 1 salt pepper to taste; 1 any taco toppings you like!; 1 corn tortillas; 2 jalapenos seeded and finely diced (leave seeds for more heat)

Servings: persons

4 chicken breast
1 1/2 tbsp chicken bouillon
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp oregano
1 half an onion diced

throw first 6 ingredients in pot, fill with water 1/2 inch below meat, bring to boil, simmer covered for 15 minutes, flip meat, simmer with lid slightly open (allows water to evaporate) till almost all the liquid is gone (be sure to leave some liquid) meat should shred with a spoon!

taste and adjust seasoning if necessary

while your meat simmers, combine cabbage, lime juice, mayo, jalapenos, cilantro, green onion and garlic, mix well!

heat tortillas on stove top, place shredded chicken in tortilla, top with cabbage mixture and any other toppings u like, enjoy!!
