2 tablespoon Sesame oil (divided)
16 Crazy Cuizine Chicken Potstickers
2 Scallions (sliced)
2 cups Sugar snap peas
1 cup Carrot (diagonal slice)
1 cup Red bell pepper (diced)
3 Cloves garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon Fresh ginger (grated)

In a small bowl, whisk the soy sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, honey and chili paste together, set aside.

Add 1 tbsp sesame oil to a large pan or wok over medium high heat.

Add the potstickers and fry for 1-2 minutes.

Add 1/4 cup water to the pan, cover and steam for 2-3 minutes.

Remove the potstickers from the pan and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tbsp sesame oil to the pan.

Once heated, add the scallions, sugar snap peas, carrots, bell pepper, garlic and ginger.

Saute 4-5 minutes.

Add the potstickers back to the pan and pour the sauce over the stir fry.

Toss everything together on the stove for 1-2 minutes.

Remove and serve immediately.
