Cranberry- Pecan Financiers

   Preheat oven at 180 degres Celsius.

   In a small saucepan, melt the butter and cook until it starts smelling like hazelnuts.

   Filter and add the honey. Set aside.

   In a bowl, sift the flour and sugar.

   Add ground pecans and mix until well incorporated.

   Whisk in the egg whites.

   Add the butter and then the cranberries, stirring gently.

   Fill greased cupcake tins.
