   In a bowl, combine the first 4 ingredients. Stir in cheese, salt, pepper and garlic powder and spread over bottom of bread, then replace top. Wrap in a large piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Bake at 400u00b0 for 20 minutes or until heated through. Cut into slices. Yield: 8 servings.
