2 tablespoons parsley
1 1/2 cups mushrooms
1 1/2 cups crab meat
3 tablespoons sherry
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 dash Tabasco Sauce
1 1/2 cups half-and-half

Melt butter; add onions, scallions, parsley, mushrooms and saute until soft about 5 minutes in saucepan.

Heat 2 tablespoons butter, stir in flour, add milk, cook until thickened.

Stir in salt, pepper, Tabasco, vegetables, and half and half.

Bring to a boil and add crab meat.

Simmer uncovered 5 minutes.
