Crab Devils – a delicious recipe with lump crab meat, egg, mustard, mayonnaise, seafood seasoning, eggs. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

1 lb. lump crab meat
1 egg
1/4 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. seafood seasoning
1 doz. eggs
1/2 tsp. mustard
dash of red pepper
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. mayonnaise
paprika
green pepper, sliced

Clean and mix crab meat.

Add egg, mustard, mayonnaise and seafood seasoning to taste.

Boil eggs.

Peel shells and cut in half lengthwise.

Take yellow out and mash.

Mix in 1/2 teaspoon mustard, 1/2 teaspoon mayonnaise, red pepper, salt and black pepper.

Stuff crab meat at bottom of egg.

Top with egg mixture. Sprinkle paprika on top and garnish with green pepper.
