Boil water for the angel hair.

Put oil in frying/stir frying pan on medium to medium high heat.

Add chopped garlic before the oil heats up to get the maximum garlic flavor. Add your chopped crab meat and about half the basil. Lower the heat to medium.

At this time you will want to add the angel hair to the water. Allow the crab meat to soften. It is ready when the meat is soft but not mushy. This shouldn't take much more than 6 minutes, real crab meat may take longer than packaged.

Once the pasta is cooked allow it to drain while adding the plum tomatoes and the rest of the basil to the crab mix. Reduce the heat to low upon adding. Let the tomatoes cook for 1 minute then add the pasta to the mix.
