   saute onion and pepper in a little bit of olive oil until translucent

   add ground beef and brown until almost completely cooked.

   As beef is cooking prepare cornbread mix according to package directions.

   When beef is almost cooked add bbq sauce and baked beans

   Spread in 9x13 pan and top with raw cornbread mix.

   Cook 25 to 30 minutes or until cornbread is golden brown.
