Cowboy Stew

   Brown ground meat with onion, celery and bell pepper until brown.

   Next, add tomato sauce, 1 can water and ketchup.

   In separate pot, boil potatoes and carrots until tender.

   Add corn, beans, carrots and potatoes to meat.

   Slice smoked sausage and add to meat.

   Cook all this on low heat for about 30 minutes.

   You may have to add more water.
