Country Rustic Flat apple pie.

   Mix apples with flour, lemon juice, sugar, brown sugar, salt and a dash of cinnamon or apple pie spice.

   Place your pie crust flat on a non stick cookie sheet, and fill the middle with apple pie filling ,

   Next fold the pie crust up and over leaving the middle open.

   But making sure the edges are sealed all around.

   Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until golden brown and bubbly .
