1 bay leaf
¼ teaspoon marjoram
¼ teaspoon thyme
¾ cup dry white wine
12 small white onions
12 baby carrots
1 (9 ounce) package frozen artichoke hearts, drained
⅓ cup grey poupon country Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoons water
¾ cup chicken broth

In large skillet, brown chicken in butter.

Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.

Simmer, covered, stirring occasionally for 35 minutes.

Simmer covered 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

Add mustard to remaining liquid.
