2 cups cottage cheese

1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
4 ounces sliced swiss cheese
2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
10 cherry tomatoes, halved or 10 tomatoes, slices
