Ingredients: 2 tablespoons oil; 1 onion, finely chopped; 1 lb beef, minced; 150 ml beef stock; 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup; 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce; 1 teaspoon dried herbs; 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley; salt & pepper; 1 12 lbs potatoes, cooked &mashed; 12 ounce butter, cut into small pieces

2 tablespoons oil
1 onion, finely chopped
1 lb beef, minced
150 ml beef stock
2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dried herbs
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
salt & pepper
1 12 lbs potatoes, cooked &mashed
12 ounce butter, cut into small pieces

Heat the oil in a frying pan.

Add the onion & fry for 5 minutes.

Add the beef & fry for 5 mins or until it loses it's pinkness.

Add the stock,tomato ketchup,worcestershire sauce,herbs,parsley & salt & pepper to taste.

Cover & simmer for 20 minutes.

Transfer to a greased ovenproof dish.

Top with the mashed potatoes & dot over the butter pieces.

Bake in oven for 30 mins @ 190 degC/375degF or gas mark 5.
