Cottage Cheese And Chive Muffins

   Sift the flour, baking powder and salt in a large container and set aside.

   Mix in blender, or simply using a fork, the cottage cheese, chives, eggs and milk.

   With your fingers, open a space in the middle of the flour and mix gradually stirring gently, the mixture of eggs and cottage cheese.

   Pour the dough into small greased and floured shapes and bake at 200 u00b0 C for 20 m.
