Cornflake Berets

   Whip eggs.

   Mix in parmesan well.

   Fold in cornflakes and thoroughly coat.

   Spray pan and fry on medium heat until golden brown flip and repeat.

   approx 1-2 minutes depending on climate.

   I live in Florida which is very humid and really messes with recipes.

   Sprinkle with shredded cheese and garnish with a wedge of tomato and a large black olive sliced.
