Corn Pudding

   Mix together the eggs, creamed corn, 1 cup bread crumbs, evaporated milk and salt.

   Put in a 3-quart buttered casserole. Top with 1/4 cup bread crumbs and 1/2 stick butter, sliced and placed on top of crumbs.

   Bake at 350u00b0, covered, for 1 1/2 hours or until knife inserted comes out clean.

   Good served with meat dishes (ham, turkey, etc.).
