1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. cooked rice
2 boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
pepper to taste
1 c. grated cheese

In a skillet, add butter, pimento, green pepper and onion. Cook for 10 minutes.

Mix rest of ingredients together and add first mixture.
