2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. Minute rice
grated cheese
1/3 c. bell pepper, chopped fine

Melt oleo. Saut onion and pepper. Add all other ingredients except cheese. Put in casserole dish and bake at 325u00b0 for 45 minutes. About 10 minutes before done, add cheese on top and finish cooking the 10 more minutes.
