Corn, Bacon and Tomato Bento Space Filler (Freeze to Store!)

   Cut the bacon into 5 mm wide pieces.

   Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

   Drain the canned corn kernels.

   Put the butter in a frying pan and stir fry the corn, bacon and parsley.

   Season with salt and pepper.

   Transfer to a plate to cool.

   Put into small bento cups, and add a dab of mayonnaise on top of each one.

   Put a tomato half on top of the mayonnaise, and sprinkle on some cheese.

   Make a freezer tray with an empty milk carton and put it in a freezer bag.

    Put the assembled cups on the milk carton, close up the bag and freeze.

    Done.

    When you need one, just take it out and microwave it.
