1 tsp Olive Oil
16 oz Corkscrew Pasta
1 cup Fresh Mozzarella (Cilliegine), Sliced In Half
2 cup Packed Fresh Basil Leaves
1 cup Olive Oil
1 clove Garlic
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup Roasted Pine Nuts

For The Pesto, add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and process until smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary.
