Cool Cucumber Spread

   Grate the cucumbers and onion into a mesh strainer.

   Transfer to a clean cloth or paper towel to remove additional moisture.

   Put grated cucumbers and onion into a bowl and mix vinegar and sugar into it.

   Put this mixture into a bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour.

   After an hour, mix the cream cheese with the cucumber mixture, gently so as not to pulverize the cucumber.

    Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
