3/4 c. Crisco
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. Grandma's molasses
granulated sugar

Cream Crisco and sugar. Beat in egg and molasses.

Sift dry ingredients over creamed mixture.

Blend well. Form teaspoons of dough into small balls, one at a time, then roll in granulated sugar.

Place 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes or until tops are slightly rounded, crackly and light brown.
