2 ounces Concord grape juice
1 1/2 ounces gin
1 ounce port
1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 large egg white
1 teaspoon superfine sugar
Ice
Cold soda water
1 lemon twist, for garnish

In a cocktail shaker, muddle the grapes until they've released a deep purple juice.

Add the grape juice, gin, port, lemon juice, egg white and sugar and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
