Servings: persons

2 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato paste
1 (12 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. American cheese
1 c. Swiss cheese
1/2 c. sharp cheese
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
16 oz. cottage cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan
1 large box lasagna noodles

Brown ground beef, salt, pepper, parsley flakes, onion and oregano.

Add tomato paste, tomato sauce and a little water. Simmer for 30 minutes.

Mix together all cheese, except Parmesan. Boil together 2 quarts of water and 1 tablespoon oil

dropped into water.

Drop in lasagna noodles.

Boil for 15 minutes. Drain.
