1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
5 c. canned green beans (strained)
1 c. water chestnuts, sliced
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. cracker crumbs

Saute slightly the onion and parsley in 2 tablespoons butter. Add flour, salt and lemon peel.

Remove from heat and add sour cream, cheese, beans and water chestnuts.

Place in a 2-quart casserole.

Mix 2 tablespoons melted butter with cracker crumbs and spread over top of mixture.
