2 oz. butter for sauteing
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) Mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
grated Romano cheese
1 soup can milk

Dip cutlets in egg and then in bread crumbs.

Brown in oil and set aside.
