Company Casserole – a delicious recipe with noodles, butter, ground beef, salt, garlic, tomato sauce. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

Servings: persons

1 8 oz pkg noodles
2 tbl butter
1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 tsp salt & pepper
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1 c cottage chees
1 c sour cream
6 green onions shipped
3/4 c grated cheddar cheese

Cook noodles in boiling water. Drain, rinse w/cold water. Melt butter in skillet. Add meat & cook til brown. Add salt pepper & tomatoe sauce. Simmer 5 min. Comine cottage chees, sour cream onions & noodles. Alternate layers of noodles & meat. Top with cheese. Bake 350 uncovered 30-45 min.
