2 Tbsp. margarine
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
6 green onions, chopped
3/4 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Cook noodles according to package directions (do not overcook). Drain and rinse.

Cook meat until done; drain.

Return to skillet. Add salt, pepper, garlic and tomato sauce.

Simmer about 5 minutes. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, onions, noodles and meat sauce in 2-quart casserole.

Top with grated cheese.
