1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
8 oz pkg. noodles
1 c. cottage cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/3 c. sliced green onion

Pan-fry onion in oil.

Add beef, salt and pepper.

Cook until pink disappears.

Add tomato sauce.

Mix together cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, green pepper and green onion. In a 3-quart casserole, spread half of the noodles.
