   Crush Ritz crackers.

   Mix with stick of melted margarine.

   Put 1/2 of mixture in the bottom of a 2-quart casserole.

   Cut the Velveeta cheese into cubes.

   Put cooked broccoli on top of cheese. Add the other half of cracker mixture to top of broccoli. Bake at 350u00b0 for 20 minutes.
