Company Breakfast Bake

   Brown the sausage and drain excess fat.

   Mix other ingredients and add to the cooled sausage.

   Place in buttered 9 x 11 x 2-inch baking dish.

   Place in refrigerator covered overnight or several hours.

   Next morning, bake, uncovered, for 40 minutes at 350u00b0 or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

   If you prefer, you can substitute bacon that has been fried and crumbled or ham in place of the sausage.

   This is very good and a nice dish to fix when you have company overnight.
