Colorful Meat Loaf

   Mix meat loaf mix with bread crumbs, salt, pepper, basil, parsley, cheese and water.

   Blend well.

   Spread this mix on wax paper (rectangle).

   Spread mashed potatoes on top of meat mix. Then spread spinach on top of potatoes.

   Roll up like a jelly roll, removing wax paper.

   Bake in an oblong pan at 350u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours until done.
