Ingredients: 1 as much (to taste) Plain cooked rice; 100 grams Ground pork; 1/2 Green pepper; 1/5 each Bell Peppers - 2 colours (red and yellow); 1/2 Carrot; 1/4 Onion; 1 clove Garlic; 10 Raisins; 1 dissolve 1 tablespoon of katakuriko in 2 tablespoons of water Katakuriko slurry; 1 tbsp Soy sauce; 2 tbsp Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce; 1 tbsp Dashi stock; 2 tbsp Curry powder; 50 ml Water

Servings: persons

1 as much (to taste) Plain cooked rice
100 grams Ground pork
1/2 Green pepper
1/5 each Bell Peppers - 2 colours (red and yellow)
1/2 Carrot
1/4 Onion
1 clove Garlic
10 Raisins
1 dissolve 1 tablespoon of katakuriko in 2 tablespoons of water Katakuriko slurry
1 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tbsp Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce
1 tbsp Dashi stock
2 tbsp Curry powder
50 ml Water

Mince the vegetables into the same size as the ground meat.

Heat oil in a frying pan, add garlic, and fry until fragrant.

Add onion, carrot, pork, green pepper, bell peppers, and raisins in that order, and continue stir-frying.

Add the combined * seasoning ingredients, and bring to a boil.

Thicken with dissolved katakuriko in water.

Enjoy with rice!
